Holiday Pay
You will be eligible for holiday pay for all of the major national holidays if you are working the week of the holiday and have worked the following:
- 935 hours prior to the holiday in a 6 month period
- 1650 hours prior to the holiday in a 12 month period
Prevailing Wages
We have tons of public work that pays extremely high rates. Ask our recruiters about these opportunities.
Weekly Pay
We run our payroll weekly so you get paid every week. You can choose one of three options to receive your pay:
- Pick your check up in your local Building Technology Staffing office
- Direct Deposit
- Rapid Pay card where you can instantly get your pay from an ATM
Safety Incentive Programs
Each month we do a drawing of all employees that have remained injury free. We award 16 people with $25 gas cards.
Safety Bounty
We will pay up to $5000 for any fraudulent work injuries that you witness and testify to.
We also will pay up to $100 for anyone that reports a high risk or unsafe work environment that needs to be remedied.
Shirts
We give all of our technicians in the field four plain blue collared shirts that are to be worn 100% of the time while on our jobs.
401K
After 12 months of work with a minimum of 1,000 hours on assignment with Building Technology Staffing you will be eligible to enroll in our 401(k) retirement savings plan.
You may contribute 1 to 100 percent of your salary with a choice of several fund options. Individual contribution limits may vary based on your compensation.
Medical Plan Referrals
Referrals to individual medical plans are available through reputable national carriers, including HMO, PPO and basic hospitalization plans for you and your family.
Dental, vision and life insurance coverage may also be available.
Referral Bonus Program
We offer up to $200 for referrals of qualified technical talent. We pay the referral after they have worked a total of one month or 160 hours.
